All UK orders are sent via 1st class royal mail (2-4 business days after despatch) £ 3.50 flat rate

International Delivery

All international orders are despatched as follows:

Europe -  1st class royal mail (5-7 business days) £ 5.95 flat rate

Rest of the world - 1st class royal mail (7-10 business days) £ 9.95 flat rate

Returns

You are within your rights to cancel any order, but please do so in writing within 7 working days. If you have received your goods and you wish to return them, please contact us beforehand to arrange. Due to the nature of our products, goods can only be returned if they remain unopened and remain in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be refunded. Refunds for un-opened goods will be refunded upon receipt of the return.

Shipment problems

 If any problems occur with your shipment (loss/Damage) please contact us so that we can do our best to resolve the matter. If however, 14 days have elapsed since your order was despatched (UK only) and your order has'nt arrived, then we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
